What's driving it

Volume first, then value

Volume came from Basic. From July the Onecom base started taking the £50 vulnerability-scanning package at scale. It is now 40 lines and the easiest yes in the range.

Value arrived in October. One Sure Insurance (£1,360), Bidcorp UK (£1,099), Staff Select (£999) and Nexus Infrastructure (£499) added £3.96k of MRR between them. Advanced and Pro are only 6 lines but already over a third of MRR.

Next lever: upgrades. Moving Basic accounts to Foundation (£199) is roughly 4× the revenue per account, with no new logo needed.
